Bloomsbury Residences in Brief

Bloomsbury Residences occupies a wedge of land between Media Circle and Portsdown Road, at the point where the media studios of Mediapolis give way to the green slopes of the Wessex estate. Its three blocks stand along the Media Circle side, and between them a landscaped deck on the 2nd storey carries the pools, the tennis court and the clubhouses, raised above the street, with the car park and services beneath.

At the corner, Bloomsbury Shoppes opens onto a public plaza with its own drop-off, so the shops serve the neighbourhood as well as the residents. Block 61 and Block 65 each end in a roof garden, and the developer names the two together Bloomsbury Sky.

The facilities of Bloomsbury Residences

The developer’s site plan numbers sixty facilities, from the pets’ paw wash at the arrival court to the viewing deck on the roof of Block 61. The amenities page lists them all.

The setting of Bloomsbury Residences

one-north is the research and business district planned around the Buona Vista area, and Mediapolis is its media quarter. Wessex, across Portsdown Road, is one of the colonial estates of black-and-white houses. The location page maps the neighbourhood.
